Strength & Mobility Training Seminar with Chris Odle

Excited to announce we are running a special strength training session for martial arts. Training by personal trainer and fitness coach Chris Odle. Using the Turkish kettle bell get up to explore and improve mobility and strength.

2.30- 4 pm Saturday 2nd February 2019 

University of Brighton Sports Centre, Falmer, Brighton


There will be limited places, so you need to book in advance with your instructor with payment or book on line at TKDEvents (You can register and pay below).

The session is to teach specific exercises to build strength to help balance your body so that you gain overall strength, mobility and help to prevent injury.

This session is open to all those at least 10 years old.
